MuiNe is an Asian Hawaii. Consistent E/NE wind (esp Nov-Feb) is pretty ensured. MuiNe is basically choppy condition. While if u go to next beach up north at Malibu resort, there are some "better" waves, at least less crowdy. When northerly, Sha Ha is side-shore, and usu will be gusty! But after 200-30om downwind, the wind is much steady! When the northerly is strong, somehow, it can be quite consistent, and u can stay riding at Sha Ha.But when the wind is gusty, I highly recommend to try out the 8.5km downwind ride. Stanley Main Beach is basically not recommended, as it's always gusty, and lots of windsurfers esp in the weekend.
